Principal / Lead Engineer

Candidates who have 7+ years experience in designing and constructing complex software systems across various business domains work closely with our clients to deliver all aspects of the software development lifecycle: planning and design, development, testing, release, and operations.

Requirements:

7+ years of Java or Python experience
Solid knowledge of software, testing, and mock frameworks such as Spring, JUnit, and Mockito
Expert understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Passion to deliver high-quality software systems that embrace automation for build/test/deploy pipelines
Experience leading projects using agile methodologies
Experience gathering and understanding business requirements
Knowledge of cloud architectures, infrastructures, and services
Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to take on new challenges
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Computer Science (or other related Math/Engineering) Degree
AWS Certifications
Ansible/Chef/Puppet/SaltStack
UI/UX experience

Senior / Software Engineer

Candidates who have 3+ years of development experience and can quickly learn new technologies are exposed to many different technologies which keep them engaged and up to date on the latest trends in software development and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

3+ years of Java or Python experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Eagerness and capability to learn new technologies
Strong understanding of unittest and mock frameworks
Understanding of Design Patterns

Nice to Have:

Computer Science (or other related Math/Engineering) Degree
AWS/Azure/GCP experience
Ansible/Chef/Puppet/SaltStack
Vert.x, React, Kotlin
Open source software, framework, library experience
